I think that your pitch is really good and the solution early in the pitch is a good technique. It is interesting that you tell us how those farms and products would be created and managed. I also think that it is important that you mentioned examples that are too expensive for some lower-income families and your solution definitely seems to address the need that is present.
Hey Coleman! I really like how your idea creates solutions for multiple issues in society. I agree that organic food is highly desirable however the cost is far too high for low income families, a local garden would be a great way to keep prices low and give back to the community. You did a great job on your elevator pitch as well, it contains a lot of information about your proposal but isn't overwhelming.
